Experimenting with Sumo in Hypertrophy and 12WS templates

Hey BBM crew,

I’m looking to try out some Sumo deadlifts this training cycle due to some issues setting my back. Where would be a good spot to plug them into these templates? I don’t want to completely stop training conventional, so I was thinking of plugging in sumo as my comp movement, and continuing to use conventional stance for my supplemental pulls. Thoughts?

Yep, you can put sumo in Either as a C-D or as a S-D, and maintain a conventional-style on the other.
