Extend Time Crunch template?

I’m in Week 7 of Time Crunch and it’s actually working pretty well–I’m seeing more progress than I expected. How might I go about extending it? Should I just rerun it from the beginning?

I would just keep running the same week you’re doing right now ad infinitum until it stops working.

Can I rerun it with slightly different exercises? I am still facing a time crunch in my schedule.
