Hello,
This week I started with the bridge 3.0 and I noticed that my floor press is stronger then my regular bench press. I think this is an indication that I am weak of the chest in my regular Bench Press.
Now I am debating between two options:
- Upper my bench volume by switching OHP with the 2 ct bench press and keep the floor press so I can overload there and it also gives enough stimulus to the anterior delts.
- Lose the floor press and program the 2ct. Bench press there.
What do you guys think?
