General s and c II and additional olympic lifting

Would it outstrip recovery resources to add an olympic lift or variant each day for like 4-6 sets of 2-3@6-7 RPE? I really like doing them and do not really wish to switch to the olympic template. thank you.

The General S/C II program actually has an option to include some Olympic lifting for the pull variations. Select one of the power variants, e.g. power clean or snatch, or writing in your own, for the supplemental pull. It has some specialized programming around it, but it should all work just fine.
