Is there any schedule that would make sense for making the Olympic template 3 days a week instead of 4? it would fit my schedule easier if I could fit all of the work into 3 days. Thank you.
Sure, you could mix and match all of the exercises into 3x/wk if you want. I don’t have a preferred schedule off hand for this program and so, I’d recommend piecing the elements toggether based on your preference.
