GPP Endurance Template - Conditioning Days

On the conditioning days during the first and last week do we pick which exercise to do or do we do both?

i.e. Week 1 Day 6: 1 mile run/2k row test

Do we do both the 1 mile run and 2k row for time? Or do I pick whether to run or row?

Pick 1 based on the training modality you’ve been using, e.g. if you’ve been running - test your run. If you’ve been rowing, do the row.
