Greetings docs, I’m about to start week 10 of the rowing program, and looking at weeks 11-16, I see the number of days of conditioning goes up to 6 per week. My question, do we need to do the rowing workouts in the order they’re presented? I would much rather do a shorter rowing workout, like a HIIT session, after spending 90 minutes lifting as opposed to another 40 minutes of LISS.
Great question! You can move the sessions around however you like.
