Rowing Template Conditioning Clarification

Hey Docs, real quick question about the rowing instructions in the template. For example, week 1 rowing session #1 instructions are:

Row-Along Workout #1 (see rowing videos tab)

Drill: A & B x 2 min each

15 additional minutes instruction, follow video

Does this mean I just follow the video, since it includes those drills, or do I do those two drills before starting the video?

We’d recommend doing the video AND the drills at the same time in order to make sure you do them correctly :slight_smile:
