Hey fella’s. Is there a reason why conditioning is programmed first for GPP days in the app? When I do intervals on the Rogue Echoe bike, I feel super fatigued, and almost sick, by the time I’m finished with the intervals. I’m just curious why conditioning is programmed first? I thought it was better to do conditioning after lifting weights…

Regarding the GPP order, I don’t think it matters what order it’s performed, but I wanted to make it clear that the 1st priority of the session is to do all the conditioning. Doing the weights first is fine, but don’t skip the conditioning :slight_smile:
