Groin Pain Deadlift

Hey BBM been doing Strength 3 for 6 months now and love it keep re-running it, I’ve noticed tho that I pulled my My Lowest Abdomen/Groin Area after a Heavy Top Set Deadlift During the program pain was sharp at first but no too sever and I managed to Complete my Workout Week after I did the Same Pullled an Even Heavier Deadlift and pain was the same If not A little Less my question is Should be Concerned about Future Injury or start mobility exercises after this situation and Is there anything you Guys can Recommend to Increase strength mobility or decrease pain in that Area thank you
