GSC2 Run and lift programing

I feel like I’ve had a lot of questions lately, but I just purchased the GSC2 template and want to make sure I’m understanding the instructions. I will run the 4 day template and see there are 4 lifting days and 4 conditioning days, and in the second block there are 5 conditioning days. My read of the template is that I will lift and then perform my conditioning on the same day, is this the intention? Makes for a long training day, and I’m sure as long as the work gets done it’s probably not that big a deal. Thanks in advance!

Yes, I’m totally fine with doing conditioning right after lifting. You can also break them up into two separate workouts on the same or other days. As long as the work gets done, I’m a happy camper.
