Guidance on transitioning from Bridge 2.0 to GPP Template

I’m coming up on the end of my first run through Bridge 2.0 and I am looking for a recommendation to proceed. I am going to start the GPP template in about a month to line up with an endurance test I have to take, but for the month leading up to the GPP template would you recommend recycling the last 4 weeks of Bridge 2.0 again or perhaps doing a 4 week template like the Time Crunch? I appreciate whatever feedback you can provide. If it matters, as soon as the test is over, I’ll be back to a regular strength-training focus. Thanks for the help!

Probably won’t make a huge difference in the long run. I wouldn’t do the Time Crunch in your situation unless, you know, you were actually crunched for time. If you were going to repeat part of the Bridge 2.0, I’d do the first four weeks rather than the last 4.
