"High-speed" accessory squat

I’m working on the medium ISF template and just starting the second block. I have a basic home setup with barbell, rack and bench. The recommended accessory squat for the block is a belt squat, which I obviously can’t do. In the dropdown to select an alternative it specifically recommends an exercise that can be performed at high speed. Is there a best choice for me based on my setup? Do I just pick any alternative and drop the weight so I can do high-velocity reps?

Yea, if it’s programmed for high velocity type work any non-tempo or paused variant would work. For this situation, I’d probably do split squats or similar.
