HLM Developmental Block

Hi Jordan and Austin,

First off thank you both for putting out so much quality information-can’t be easy with your schedules in the professions you are in!

I have just purchased the HLM template and wanted to know whether you thought it would be feasible to re-start the developmental block again after week 5? I have no intentions of peaking and would like to continue to build strength and size throughout the year. Do you think this could work 2-3 times in a row or would I need to actually reduce volume and realise higher intensity adaptations sooner on to then re-start with potentially higher e1rms?

Yep, you could do that! Just track e1RMs to monitor your progress.
