You haven’t described the general purpose/goals of the HLM template you designed in the intro or in the HLM tab. Can someone jump back in at week 1 after completing week 8? The HLM template doesn’t have a realisation block (like the 12-week strength program), so if someone wants to do it multiple time, should he eventually include a testing block?
Basically it’s a developmental training cycle so there’s no realization built into it. A testing block should be centered around a meet or similar , in my opinion. I wouldn’t just run the HLM template back to back, as it would need to be adjusted.
