Not sure if my previous post on this didn’t go through for some reason, but I’m posting this to ask about the training templates.
As I’m going through them, I had the following questions and a comment
- What does ‘developmental’ mean in the “Block Type” columns? The only block types seem self-explanatory but didn’t get this one
- I’m a bit fuzzy on program selection… particularly why I would choose The Bridge after novice LP (or anything else) vs. just going right into the 12 week strength. Maybe this relates to the meaning of Developmental, since all of The Bridge block types are listed as such
- Same question but for HLM. Why choose HLM over 12 wk strength or vice versa?
- the video on the GPP endurance template is missing (Just says “Watch Me!”, no link)
