Hey peeps
So just wanted to know what template to choose next either HLM or strength 1 well overthinking it I know lol
just wanted some opinions on how others who have tried either or both programs and what they liked, didn’t like,avg time to complete workouts, things of that nature.
My currently experiance with BBM templates x2 runs of the bridge x2 runs of there powerbuilding 1 program (highly recommend) currently doing there peaking template to do a mock meet in the gym.
looking to to compete next year.
