Strength 1 or HLM

hey BBM team,
what’s the difference between strength 1 and HLM?

Strength I is more specific for powerlifting than HLM is, but both are low repetition, low velocity strength-focused templates.

probably well overthinking what template to do next as I’ve done x2 runs of the bridge and now just finished x2 runs of your powerbuilding 1 template and doing your novice peaking template now to test my new 1RM on squat bench deadlift

does HLM incorporate singles ? I know strength 1 does, I think I’m swaying more to the HLM as I’m a little time restricted not massively just 1 1/2 hours. I do GPP on rest days at home.

Really enjoying singles at the moment as it’s getting me comfortable being uncomfortable if that makes any sense lol.

Yes, HLM includes singles. I would do Strength I over HLM if given the choice.
