I think my reply in another thread got buried. I was wondering how should I go about a deload mid program. Week 6 was half the volume going into week 7, but I’m still feeling beat up as I am learning how to properly gauge RPE. How should I deload mid program to shed fatigue, but also not lose my fitness level going into week 7?
I don’t know that I would deload here, but rather I would reduce all RPE targets by 2-3 for the next 3 weeks and see how you do.
