Searched the forums but “log” came back with a lot of hits. On the training template spreadsheets, am I supposed to use 1 log tab per training cycle, 1 log per training session, or just use the cells till they fill up and move to the next? It says to log all reps > 7 RPE, but wasn’t sure how to correlate those entries. Hope this isn’t too dumb a question. Thanks!

Use one log tab per week. You might not use all 4 squat or deadlift blocks but if you put multiple weeks of lifts in these blocks it will mess up the analysis tab that tracks weekly volume/tonnage/e1rm numbers. Also make sure to put your main lifts in the competition (deadlift/belt, squat/belt, etc…) blocks so that your analysis tab tracks your squat w/belt e1rm and not your pause squat or tempo squat e1rm.
