Week one on Hypertrophy template. Question on how to log myoreps on the excel template:
- Do you log as activation set as set 1 plus remainder as set 2 through X? So for example 105 @ 15, then 105 @ 5, 5, 5, 4?
- Do you only log sets after activation set? Sets of 5 and down? Staying with above, would just be 105 @ 5, 5, 5, 4?
- Neither?
