Hi guys, I recently got back to training after a few years layoff. Anyway I’m currently doing Starting Strength and linear progression is going well. I’ll do 1 or two back off periods like the practical programming book says. I was just wondering what do you recommend when linear progression come to an end?
Do I have to learn RPE and do the Bridge? Leah’s sticky post didn’t mention if Hypertrophy 1 uses RPE. I’ll learn RPE if it’s needed and it’s not going to be a deal breaker i’m just wondering if it’s needed.
