Hi there,
I’m currently on week 9 of the Hypertrophy 1 program, but I’ve been away overseas for 5 weeks training in a commercial gym. Now that I’m back home in my own gym, I’m not sure how to proceed with my training. Should I switch up my exercises based on what I have at home and continue with week 9, or would it be better to go back to the nearest low-stress week and start from there?

I think if you’ve been enjoying training and can do the same exercises you’ve been doing,
I would continue on with that. If you’ve been enjoying training, but don’t have access to the machines, equipment, etc. you’d need to keep doing the same exercises, I’d swap them out for stuff you can do and continue on the program from where you’re at.
If you haven’t been enjoying training and you can’t do the same exercises, I’d go back to the nearest low stress week and pick new exercises.
