Hey BBM Crew,
Currently on week 4 of Powerbuilding II. I’m constantly sore, yet still loving it somehow!
On the Hypertrophy II spreadsheet, it says the supplement work is to be done 2x weekly. Is this truly the case or is it just a bug? I ask because I’m not sure which days it’s intended to be repeated as to not compromise recovery and limit soreness going into the next session. For example, I doubt it would be ideal to do pec deck flyes the day before Comp bench?
