I just finished week 4 of the bridge. I have enjoyed the bridge although I started the program kicking and screaming as it was a change from what I was used to. RPE…learning. I have over shot and this messes up my numbers supposed to be pulling 8s and end up with 9.5 and a new PR. The next week I do a true 8 and of course the weight on the bar is lower. In my head I am not gaining…gotta back my head up and remember I am learning. Oh and tempo squats are near puke worthy.
