Hi BBM friends. This one is more for fun but I’m also actually curious. If batman or the green arrow were real (or any superhero who doesn’t have supernatural powers), what sort of training program would they actually follow? Or maybe a better question is how would you train them if they came to you? It seems safe to assume they’d be on the gifted end of the athletic spectrum by default. My guess is that in addition they would be on quite a few PEDs and follow general strength programs based around barbell lifts appropriately mixed with conditioning/gpp and maybe fighting specific training etc. The reason I ask this is because in the television shows and/or movies they are usually all jacked but the only training you ever see them do is martial arts (with a few exceptions such as Ben Affleck’s batman and his cave gym, and maybe green arrow’s salmon ladder).
