Sport specific training

Hello all

Can anyone kindly point me towards any podcasts and articles that BBM have produced for sport specific training? I can’t seem to find them.

Please share your own thoughts on this topic as well - I’m not clear on whether training for a sport should be based on traditional compound exercises like a push pull squat routine or whether sport specific training is better i.e. for judo it would be stuff like power cleans / grip strengthening / rotational / trunk work.
