Background
I, M23, have been training 4 times a week with my team (Dragon boat/ paddling) for the past 1 year, 2 land training (running and body weight exercises on Tuesday and Thursday) and 2 water training (paddling on Saturday and Sunday).
My 1RM for my lifts are:
Back Squat- 90kg
Bench Press- 85kg
Deadlift- 130kg
OHP- 50kg
Weighted Pullup- BW (65 kg) + 40 kg
How do I go about programming strength training on top of my sport training? Am I better off doing a beginner program or would you recommend getting the general S&C template?
