Beginner/intermidiate

Hey guys I appreciate the advice and I am using it to help me
I am doing the beginner prescription but have been training for two years switching programs.I was recommended by one of my gym friends to check out barbell medicine and it your valuable information has improved my training.

I currently weigh 94kg - 207 pounds
5.10
20 years old

my best lifts are belt less ( do not train with a belt )
245 squat
330 dead lift
205 bench

my goals are
to get strong and power build
while also establishing a good base as i am a trainee pro wrestler I would need this.

I wanted to know the best way to go about this.

I wanted to also know why
my back starts to round when i come out of the whole when squatting for reps above 235 is this a programming issue as i have been doing 3x5s and have reset twice because of this.and can it be addressed in the beginner template

We would recommend the beginner template.

And your squat concern sounds like a technique / strength issue, not a programming one.
