Can I train every day and still make gains without taking rest days? As long as I use RPE correctly I imagine that adding more volume through increased frequency will allow for better strength and hypertrophy gains. I’m currently doing the beginner template and I was wondering if I could combine two weeks work of volume into one week, so instead of training 3x for a week I would be training 6x?
Not at this point in your training, no. You’d likely do much, much worse from a strength and hypertrophy standpoint because you do not have the adaptive capacity to tolerate this.
