I interested in opinions from those who have run both the General S&C and Low Fatigue General S&C programs. I’ve run the foloowing programs in this order - Beginner, Powerbuilding I, Low Fatigue General S&C, and Powerbuilding I again - am and keen to go back to GS&C. I’m feeling fresh (not beat up) so think I can handle the intensity of the regular S&C program.
Money’s tight for a few months so, until I’m in position to purchase the regular S&C program, I’m wondering if I can just raise the RPE on some movements of the Low Fatigue program to get the desired training effect or if it’s more complicated than that.
