Going to try and keep a better online log/training journal. Kind of been burned out/spinning my wheels lately so I bought the titan II template to change things up for the next 10 weeks.

2ct Pause HBBS (no belt): 275x6, 285x6, 300x6 @8ish
Strict Press: 110x8, 115x8x2 (@8-8.5)
7’ of Handstand Push Up work: Some doubles and singles every 0:30 to 1:00. Have not done any crossfitty stuff since 2017 so they felt really odd lol
7’ Strict pull ups: 38 reps
11/11/2019:
Front Squat: 315x1, 265x4, 275x4, 285x4 @8ish
2ct Pause Bench: 185x5, 190x5, 195x5 @8.5
Dips: 8,8,13. Need to push these a little harder next week, first two sets felt about @7-8, but then on the 3rd set got 13 at what felt like an @9 or so
Conditioning: 6 rounds of 1’ bike, 1’ rest, 1’ walking lunge, 1’ rest. My lungs hurt
