When performing unilateral work, how do you recommend rating RPE? If I find I can do a few more reps (or more weight at same reps and RPE) on one side of the other, should I train the weaker side first and match reps and load on stronger side, or judge each side separately and adjust reps or load accordingly? I’m assuming if I let my weaker leg control they will converge, but interested in your thoughts.
