Hey folks,
Does anyone have any knee wraps they recommend? I’m in my early forties and had an ACL reconstruction almost four years ago…unfortunately it failed soon after, the ACL remains kinda loose. That itself is less of an issue but the arthritic patella wear and pain is, I feel it all the time. I worked my LP for working SQ sets at 330, but the pain at the bottom is unpleasant.
I imagine knee wraps are designed for cases like this. Anybody have a brand they like?
