Hey guys,
My friend tore his labrum in his shoulder when trying to tackle someone in a football game. He reached his arm out to the side and the running back ran right through it which caused the tear. The doctors told him he tore it because his shoulders were rolled too far forward due to being used to bad posture, and this put the labrum in a vulnerable position.bI know you guys say there is no such thing as correct or optimal posture, but I was wondering did his “poor” posture put him at an increased risk of injury in this situation? Thanks for everything you guys do.
