What are your opinions on the Lady Boss program and the supplements formulated specially for woman? Is there any truth to supplements needing to be specially formulated to target specific genders?

I don’t think it’s a great idea to comment on specific programs, coaches, supplements, etc. without being very familiar with them and addressing a definitive concern.

That said, I can confidently say in the sports nutrition setting there is little to no evidence in supporting sex-specific supplement ingredients, dosing, etc. Similarly, I do not think the existing evidence suggests the validity of sex-specific training programs.
