I’m starting the endurance temp Monday. the template has laid out AMRAP for 7 minutes as the closing exercise for all 3 resistance days. I want to switch out the chin ups on the Monday for lat pull downs. my wrists are already getting jacked up from over use on pull ups. so I’d like to give them a rest between Mondays and Fridays when I’ll be doing pull ups again.
might change my mind in the future but for now that’s the plan. does anyone think this is a good idea?
