Do you think one type of leg press machine is better than the other, or is it more about personal preference and body mechanics—like horizontal vs. 45-degree leg press?

If there’s a big difference in angles, the subsequent amount of hip flexion will likely have some effect on posterior chain strength and hypertrophy outcomes. I haven’t noticed this personally in the many leg press machines I’ve used previously.

Thanks Jordan. I prefer the horizontal leg press, but was worried I was “missing out” by not doing the 45 degree one.
They’re all the same to me.
