I’ve never really got the bar low enough to on my back until the other day and I admit it feels so much better than high bar. That being said, are there any shoulder mobility warm ups I can do because my shoulders feel like they’re going to explode when squatting. Wrists too. Thank you guys

Thanks for the post and I hope you’re doing well.
We’d recommend doing a series of warm ups with the empty barbell, gradually lowering the barbell while taking care to keep the elbows down- pinned into your sides. We wouldn’t routinely recommend any other specific stretch or mobility routine.
