I am finishing the Med-ISF gen 1 template and planning to move on to the 2nd gen for the next cycle.
I train powerlifting-like but with press in place of bench. So i wanted to use the 4 day powerlifting template but I see press movements have been removed.
I guess its just to keep it clean since its called powerlifting, but jic, would you see any drawback in just swapping bench (and variations) for press in that template?
