. I have a USSF meet June 15th. Running Bridge 1.0, about to finish week 6. Since the Bridge peaks you towards the end, would it be “suboptimal” for my meet to peak again doing the Peaking Template two or 3 weeks out(cant remember how long the template is). Once I’m done with the Bridge, what would benefit me the most for my meet until I run the Peaking Template?
