Dear BBM Team,
I finished Week 6 of The Bridge 3.0 todat. As I await my trusty Pioneer Cut Belt from the States, (I currently live in South Korea) I plan on running the Peaking Template so that when my belt arrives, I can run The Bridge 3.0 one more time. Having done the Bridge 3.0, should I still run the novice peaking phase, or should I run one of the advanced peaking phases? I also realize that the advanced peaking phases are both run four days per week. Can I run the four day templates as Mon Tue Rest Thu Fri? Or is it more optimal to keep a day of rest in between each workout day?
