Meet Prep USPA - Indiana

Hey, quick meet prep question.

I’m 10 weeks out from a meet. I have a good chance of setting new Indiana USPA records for the 148.7lb weight class, so I’m very motivated and excited.

Training background
Last 5 programs, this year, in order: Texas Method → Bridge 1.0 → 12 Week Strength Template → 7 Week Hypertrophy → Bridge 2.0 (current)

Question
My registration for the meet was a little late in timing, so my meet prep is 2 weeks off. In other words, I’ll finish the Bridge 2.0 exactly 2 weeks prior to starting the 3 week peaking template. So I have a 2 week gap. Do you have a recommendation on what I might fill that 2 week time slot with, before I start peaking for the meet?

How far into the Bridge 2.0 are you?

Started week 4 today.

Started week 4 today. I’m 10 weeks out. Blue = Bridge. Red = No programming. Green = Peaking.

Weeks of Dec 3, 10, 17, 24, 31
Weeks of Jan 7, 14, 21, 28
Week of Feb 4 - Meet on Saturday the 9th

Assuming I run the Bridge 2.0 to completion, including the final low stress week 8 (week of Dec 31), I need to find programming for the weeks of Jan 7 and 14.
