Hi, I am running 4day hypertrophy legacy template right now, losing weight at 1lb per week. I ran 3 day hypertrophy before this and at that time I was just maintaining weight.
I also have powerbuilding II routine which is very similar to 4day hypertrophy.
My question is, I will still be in a deficit in the next template, and I don’t know if I should do powerbuilding II,
or 12 week strength template(without peaking phase).
Or would it not matter much?
I know it is advised more volume in a deficit situation, but I also want to try different set rep schemes in 12 week strength as powerbuilding II and 4day hypertrophy are very similar.
What would you do if you were in my shoes?
