Novice LP to Beginner Template

Drs,

Considering that the SSLP is a low volume program, and that is generally recommended to move from lower volume to higher volume when advancing as a lifter, I have the following question;

If a trainee was coming off of the SSLP (3-month duration), would they benefit more from the BBM Beginner’s Template (BBMBT?) before attempting one of the more advanced templates (Powerbuilding I, Strength I, etc.)?

Good question. I think that you could run the 2nd two phases of The Beginner Template and do fine or, alternatively, could move on to Strength I, Hypertrophy I, Powerbuilding I, General S/C I, The Titan Template, or even The Bridge. All of those would be suitable options!
