Girlfriend is experiencing a throbbing/tingling sensation in her hands recently which often occurs when shes asleep and it causes her to wake up. Could this be related to training? Anything you might suggest before she consults her Dr?

Could be something like carpal tunnel syndrome. Hard to say confidently based on this alone, however.
