One leg bigger than the other?

My left thigh measures about 26 inches and my right thigh measures about 25 inches. The size difference is noticeable enough to make me wonder if there is anything to be concerned about and whether there is any way to even things up. I suppose I could do a few sets of single-leg leg presses with my right leg after squats but will that really help or are these type of discrepancies/imbalances normal and just the way things are? Could this be due to different muscle insertions? I think it looks like my quads go further down towards my knee on my left leg which might cause that muscle to naturally be bigger. An info is appreciated, thanks.

I would not be concerned about this.

I have similar asymmetries. Jordan and I experimented with single leg work some time back.

It was not only terrible to do, it didn’t really work to change anything. So we round filed it and just accepted that I’m not going to be symmetrical and there is likely nothing you can do about it. Big surprise, I know.

Now, that doesn’t mean you can’t continue to train and get stronger. I’m sure you can do that.

My arms and legs have been different sizes for years (I first measured them probably 10 years ago). Doesn’t affect anything.
