Hey BBM Team,
i have noticed that one of my quads is noticeably (to me) larger than the other now I know muscular imbalances are common but does this correct itself over time ? As I don’t feel Im favouring one side when doing lower body exercises.
Is there evidence that unilateral exercises correct muscular imbalances ?
And just wanted to Know how or if you would address this? I’ve measured and it’s about a 1 1/2 inch difference.
