Overhead extensions = bigger long head?

Do you think that doing overhead tricep extensions hit the long head harder than pushdowns or is that just BS? Do you prefer one over the other?

Also, I was curious as to what your favourite cable attatchment is for these type of movements?

I don’t think it matters either way really, as long as you get close to failure. I do think there might be some more ROM with the overhead version. In any case, I like the rope personally, but whatever is attached to the cable is fine with me usually.
