What overload variants can I use for the squat, bench and deadlift in the strength 1 template? I Just have a rack, barbell, plates and bench.
Get bands. They are cheap and you can use them to overload basically any of the main movements by mounting them to the rack.
Ok. So one or two bands will be all I need to overload the three exercises?

I also think I have seen a few people suggest pin/pause movements if you don’t have bands. I believe this is mentioned quite a bit throughout the forum.
